JUMBO ALU platform is produced in accordance with EN12810 – Meets ergonomic requirements (15 kg.) For masonry work etc. via dead weight of 6.9 to 14.2 kg. Dimensioned and tested according to scaffolding class 6 (up to and including cc. 250 cm. Length) and scaffolding class 5 (up to and including cc. 305 cm. Length).

Easy and quick replacement of end pieces, via 4 stainless steel bolts with self-locking stainless steel nuts. The half deck is assembled with stainless steel bolts that are both strong and resistant to wind and weather.

The half-tire is produced in an extruded aluminum profile in special alloy that is both strong, torsionally stable and resistant to wind and weather. In the surface, there are pull-ups in the holes – the same pull-up as in our driveway ramps – which makes the tire incredibly strong and non-slip. This minimizes the risk of falls and slippery accidents on the scaffolding.

The storm lock can be unlocked and in from the top of the tire with a 22 mm. scaffolding key, but also with a hand from the underside of the platform

The tire can be stacked in two ways:
“Inside” each other, thereby filling the stack only half the size.

“On top” of each other, as the beams are provided with an edge that fits on the smooth piece on the upper side – which prevents the tires from tipping over during transport.
