JUMBO Stillads A\/S does not accept repairs or warranty claims directly from end users. As an end user, you are therefore kindly requested to return the product to the place where it was purchased. The dealer will then handle the further processing.<\/p>

The manufacturer’s warranty covers only damage and defects that can be attributed to material and\/or manufacturing defects.<\/p>

Repairs carried out under warranty claims can only be performed at JUMBO’s factory in Kolding, Denmark. The warranty period for the specific product can be found in the current JUMBO Catalogue.<\/p>

Please note that JUMBO’s warranty does not cover defects caused by:<\/p>

  • Overloading<\/li>
  • Rough handling or misuse of the products<\/li>
  • Improper treatment or handling of the products<\/li>
  • Unauthorized repair attempts<\/li>
  • Damage caused by external influences<\/li>
  • Foreign objects in the product, such as water, sand, mortar, abrasive dust materials, or metal shavings<\/li>
  • Normal wear and tear<\/li>
  • Modifications to the product’s construction<\/li>
  • Use of non-original accessories and spare parts<\/li><\/ul>
